Prices, availability and KPR approval
- Prices, payment schemes and the availability of units are set by the developer and may change at any time.
- Approval of a KPR home loan, the loan amount, the interest rate and any other terms are decided by the bank, and for subsidized homes also by the rules of the government program.
- Items marked “To be confirmed” have not been confirmed yet and should be checked with our team.
Images and illustrations
Photos marked “Illustrative photo” are stock images and do not show our projects. Drawings marked “Illustration” are general illustrations. Neither represents the final design, size, materials or surroundings of any home.
KPR simulation
The KPR simulation gives an estimate based only on the numbers you enter, using one fixed interest rate for the whole term. It does not include fees, insurance or taxes, and it is not a loan offer. The bank's offer is final.
Site visits and WhatsApp
The site visit form opens WhatsApp with your details. A visit is confirmed only when our team replies. Visits are arranged during office hours, Monday to Saturday, 08.00 to 17.00.
