What we do
We offer subsidized homes for first-time buyers with a steady income, regular homes, ready-to-build plots and villas. Most of our projects are around Singaraja, in Panji, Sambangan, Anturan, Tukadmungga and Kerobokan, with land in Sobangan, Mengwi.
Many of our buyers use a KPR home loan. We help them through the application and have completed credit agreements (akad kredit) with BTN. Your trusted property partner since 2009.

Short answers about KPR, subsidized homes and visiting a project.
- KPR (Kredit Pemilikan Rumah) is a home loan from a bank. You pay a down payment, the bank finances the rest, and you repay it in monthly instalments over an agreed term.
- Subsidized home loans are a government program for first-time buyers whose income is below a ceiling set by the government. The bank checks eligibility. Our subsidized homes page explains the general requirements.
- Yes. Our team helps you prepare the documents and guides you through the application. The decision on the loan is made by the bank.
- We have completed credit agreements (akad kredit) with BTN. Ask our team which banks are available for a specific project.
- Yes. Schedule a visit on the contact page and choose a date from Monday to Saturday. We confirm the time with you on WhatsApp.
- Not yet. Prices and available units are shared by our team on request. Prices, availability and KPR approval are set by the developer and the bank.
