These are the usual conditions of the government program. The bank checks every application, and the rules and the income ceiling are reviewed from time to time.
- Indonesian citizen (WNI) with an ID card (KTP).
- At least 21 years old, or married.
- You and your spouse do not own a home yet.
- You have not received a government housing subsidy before.
- Your income is below the ceiling set by the government.
- You have a tax number (NPWP) and file an annual tax report (SPT).
- A steady income, as an employee or from your own business.
Documents

Yours, and your spouse's if married.
Family card (KK)
And a marriage certificate if married.
NPWP and SPT
Tax number and the latest annual tax report.
Proof of income
Recent pay slips or a statement of income.

From your employer, or a business statement.
No-home statement
A signed statement that you do not own a home.
Down payment
Ready for the amount the program and bank set.
Program terms
In return for a lower fixed interest rate and a smaller down payment, a subsidized home comes with a few conditions.
Live in the home
The home is meant to be your own residence, and you are expected to move in within the period the program sets.
No renting or reselling early
Renting out or selling the home within the program's set period is not allowed.
